2010 has been an exciting year at Ocken Photography, and as it winds to a close, we thank you for your business. We are gearing up for new weddings, more portrait and continuing with our corporate clients. We look forward to you all being a part of the new year to come.
All of us here at Ocken Photography, we wish you all the best this Holiday Season and much happiness in the New Year.
Another email conversation that really touched home this Holiday. We understand all too well everything you loose when a love one passes away. I am so honored and blessed everyday by my clients and my talent to document their life and relationships with my camera! THANKS SO MUCH for the reminder, Anne-Marie, that what we do as photographer means much more than we may know.

I just want to let you know the wonderful feedback we have gotten from our Christmas card this year! Everyone says it is the best one they have ever seen and they are asking who the photographer is. So just wanted to pass along the great comments we are getting!
Hope you have a wonderful holiday!

Thank you so much for passing this along … if you don’t mind with a sample of your card, can we post this on the blog?
This makes my heart smile. You have a beautiful family and they make my passion come to life! Thanks again! If you have not already, you should be getting your frame from Charley very soon. I know he is done with it.
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Sure, please feel free to use it on the blog! Thanks again for a job well done! I don’t know if I ever told you but my dad was a professional photographer/videographer who died the year after our wedding. I was so sad to think he will never be there to take pictures of my family. Thanks to you I have found someone that he would be proud of to fill his shoes for me.
Our clients are sending out their cards and the raves are starting to come in! I LOVE to hear all the great responses the photo cards! I can’t even begin to tell you how much love goes into each one of our cards. Working with our clients helping them celebrate family love and life, especially at Christmas makes are heart sing! Thanks so much for all the joy you all have brought Ocken Photography and keep sending the raves. Here is an email conversation between a client and her sister law!

That is the BEST Christmas card!! We love it! Definitely the prettiest and best layout I have seen. I especially love the pic on the back. What cuties’
Amber Abany of Socially Inked designed her personal Holiday card this year with Ocken Photography’s Photos! Thanks much to Amber for allowing us to venture around downtown Memphis! It was great to finally meet you. We are a huge fan of your work!
“I got the picks! Love love love them! Thanks so much, can’t wait until the wedding!!! – Rachel”
Rachel and Noah’s Engagement pictures where take in the French Quarter in NOLA. This is a great example of how Ocken Photography take you on a tour capturing images as you are “motion posing” for our cameras.
Ocken Photography had a wonderful time with Cherishma and Chris at their downtown Chicago wedding. The ceremony and reception was at the wonderfully photogenic Newberry Library, complete with it’s city park directly across the street.
Liza Dhamer writes: “I wanted to thank you and Leigh for the fantastic job you guys did photographing our wedding. We had a blast and the photos you took truly capture every detail. I hope you guys had fun too! While it was crazy windy and storm right on our heels… one of my favorite of the bunch is down on the beach! You couldn’t plan the sky in that picture if you tried! (This is my favorite, next to, of course, the photo of the backup mini-bus driver! haha)
Thank you again for all of your hard work. You guys were nothing less than fabulous to work with… I just really am so ecstatic at how great you guys did and we will talk very highly about for a long time… until the next family wedding! When we’ll see you again.”
